Scope of the Quality Management System
The scope of the quality management system of Techno Steel Processing of Mexico S.A. de C.V. located in Apodaca, N.L. Mexico applies to the service of slitting and/or supply of silicon and coated steel, manufacture and annealing of steel cores for the electrical and general industry according to the requirements of our customers.
We declare the following requirements of ISO9001: 2015 are not applicable:
8.3 Design and development of products and services
Techno Steel Processing de México, S.A. of C.V. does not design or develop products. The main characteristics of the products are specified by the customer and/or industry standards.
8.5.1 F) Control of production and service provision
In Techno Steel Processing de México, S.A. of C.V. it is possible to carry out the validation and periodic revalidation of its processes throughout the same production process, this through the use of measurement and monitoring devices installed and operated from raw materials until the product is packed and closed, recording the results in each phase; described the above within Procedures, Control Plan and Work Instructions.
8.5.5 Post-delivery activities
In Techno Steel Processing de México, S.A. of C.V. no post-delivery activities are carried out associated with the products provided to the customers, in addition to this, no activity related to after-sales service is documented in the contracts or orders of the customers.
